Alisha Norris Jones AKA Immortal Milk, Food Styling

Alisha Norris Jones, also known by the moniker Immortal Milk, is a bartender, and resident cheesemonger at Marz Community Brewing in Chicago, IL. Alisha is an ACS Certified Cheese Professional, and has multiple Cheesemonger Invitational wins. She uses her background in Anthropology and interest in design to weave a story within every cheese board she creates.

Location, Directions & Parking

Pinot's Palette is located at 2768 N. Milwaukee Ave, a half-block south of Diversey Avenue and steps from the Blue Line Logan Square L stop (exit towards Spaulding). Coming from the north or south? They are a mile west of I-94 (exit at California from the north, Diversey Ave from the south). Street parking is available all along Milwaukee, Diversey, and Kimball Avenues. Most street parking is $2/hr (tip: we recommend using the Park Chicago app for your convenience!).
